Once you start up ME2 and get past the beginning scene, it generates this file so that you can "Choose bonus powers" and such when you lock in your character. After messing around with the save files in documents, I also noticed that the issue seems to be tied to the "TrilogyGamerProfile" file found in "Documents/BioWare/Mass Effect Legendary Edition" Just like I was having issues with ME2 in game thinking I had all the achievements, despite having never played the game before, and not having any achievements in the EA app. I think I found a fix for this (on PC anyways), after TONS of tinkering (I played through the beginning crash scene more times than I can count.) I'd like to help fix this issue if I can! I'm happy to zip up my save folders if you need them to help investigate. It also means from what I've tested that I can't unlock the EA App achievements because the in-game ones are already showing as complete. I'm guessing its pulling info from the EA App or my profile and incorrectly completing all achievements. exe's run and the brief "Connecting to EA Play" message displays. I bought ME3 original release on Origin (digital edition) which I believe did have Origin achievements but when I've looked back on my Origin profile I'm showing 0/50.įrom my testing it looks like its specifically the "TrilogyGamerProfile" file and the individual "GamerProfile" (in case of ME1LE and ME2LE) and "Local_Profile" in the case of ME3LE are the culprits and it looks like they are created when the individual game. I had ME1 and ME2 original release on Steam which has no Steam achievements but obviously has in-game achievements, but there are no save files, game profiles or anything of the like left on my PC. Bit more info for you Mako now I've had a think.
